Check your eligibility
Contact us to check your eligibility and see if your business qualifies for Fitness Passport. We’ll look at factors such as your head office location, workforce profile and available facilities to ensure we can deliver the best possible service for your team.
Step 2
Employee Survey
We begin by surveying your employees to identify the gyms, studios, and facilities they’re most interested in. Using these insights, we design a tailor-made Fitness Passport network that reflects their preferences and maximises engagement.
Step 3
Program Confirmation
You’ll then receive a customised proposal outlining the program structure, pricing, and target participation rate. Together, we’ll confirm the terms, rollout timeline and appoint a key contact to champion the program internally.
Step 4
Get sign-ups
Use our ready-to-go marketing templates and launch an internal comms campaign to get sign-ups. We'll provide you email templates, posters and digital assets to save you time and guarantee an effective uptake.
The program will only activate once an agreed minimum sign-up target is reached. No payments are taken from your employees yet.
Step 5
Go-live!
Once the program is approved, your employees can be activated! Members can create their own wellbeing lifestyle and begin accessing facilities across Singapore. Eligible staff and new starters can join at any time.
